ERPNext
Accounting, inventory, manufacturing, buying, selling, projects and assets. The module the rest of this site is about — see the module guide.
THE PLATFORM
ERPNext is one of more than ten open-source applications built by Frappe Technologies, all sharing the same framework, database and login. Several matter directly to Qatar businesses.
Accounting, inventory, manufacturing, buying, selling, projects and assets. The module the rest of this site is about — see the module guide.
A full HR and payroll suite with a mobile app for check-ins, leave and claims. This is what we configure for WPS-compliant payroll.
Managed hosting with automated backups and one-click version upgrades. One of three deployment options we offer, alongside a Qatar-hosted VPS or your own server.
Student management, admissions, programmes, timetables, assessment and fees — the basis of our education implementations.
Ticketing with SLA tracking, sharing the same customer records as your ERP rather than a separate contact database.
A dedicated CRM interface for sales teams who want a lighter workspace than the full ERP, on the same underlying data.
Query builder and dashboards over your ERP data, for management reporting that does not require exporting to Excel first.
File storage and internal documentation alongside your business data, useful for SOPs and quality records referenced from ERP documents.
WHY IT KEEPS MATTERING
The ecosystem above shares one property that keeps it relevant to Qatar businesses: none of it carries a per-user licence fee. Adding Frappe HR for a 400-person contracting workforce, or opening the CRM to a whole field sales team, does not change what you pay for software. You pay for implementation, hosting and support — which is the part where a local partner either earns their fee or does not.
That also means you are not waiting on a vendor roadmap for the things you need. When something is missing, it gets built — our Weigh Scale System exists because standard ERPNext has no weighbridge module, and now it runs in production against live indicators.
If you want to see how these deployments have gone elsewhere, the success stories page collects published case studies from the Gulf and worldwide.
