Buying hardware separately from the software that has to drive it is where integration projects lose weeks. A scanner arrives in a mode nothing can read. An indicator emits a format nobody documented. A biometric reader will not export in any form the payroll system accepts.
We supply hardware as part of the system rather than as a separate purchase — specified against what the software actually needs, configured before it reaches you, and commissioned on site against your real process.

On-premise servers sized for your transaction volume where you would rather not be in the cloud, with backup and recovery configured rather than assumed.

Installed, configured and tested against your actual process, with your staff trained on it and the whole thing under one support arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only supply hardware to your own software clients?
Mostly, and deliberately. The value we add is specifying and commissioning devices against a system we understand. Buying a scanner from us at box price with no integration is not something we do better than a distributor.

Can you work with hardware we already own?
Usually yes, and it is worth checking before replacing anything. Most scanners, printers and indicators can be reconfigured to a usable output. We confirm against your actual device rather than a datasheet, because datasheets and field behaviour differ more often than they should.

What about warranty and repairs?
Manufacturer warranty applies as normal and we handle the claim process. We are not a repair workshop; where a device needs service we route it to the authorised channel and keep you working in the meantime.

Can you specify hardware before we commit to the software?
Yes, and for weighbridge work it is the right order — confirming the indicator's output protocol is the first step, so you know it works before spending money.

Do you install on site?
Yes, in Qatar. Commissioning against the real equipment, with the real process and the staff who will use it, is how devices get found out — not in a workshop.

Is hardware included in an implementation quote?
It is quoted separately and transparently, so you can see what is software effort and what is equipment, and buy the equipment elsewhere if you prefer.
