- We review it. A person reads every request, usually within one business day. We are checking it is a genuine business enquiry, not filtering anyone out.
- You get credentials by email — username, password and the exact date access ends.
- You use it. Nobody sits over your shoulder. If you want a walkthrough instead, reply to the email and we will book a call.
- It expires on its own. The login is disabled automatically on the end date. Nothing is charged and nothing continues silently.
What to actually test
Most people open a trial, click three screens and close it. If you want a real answer in a week, test the thing that is broken today:
- Raise a sales invoice end to end and look at what hits the ledger.
- Receive stock against a purchase order and check the valuation, not just the quantity.
- If you manufacture, build a BOM with a sub-assembly and run a work order.
- If payroll is the pain, look at the salary structure and the WPS file layout.
- Pull a report you currently rebuild in Excel every month and see how close it gets.

Is the trial really free?
Yes. No card, no invoice and no obligation. We give you a login to a working ERPNext system for the period you choose so you can judge it against your own way of working rather than a sales demo.

How quickly do I get access?
Requests are reviewed by a person, not a robot, so it is usually within one business day. You will receive an email with your username, password and the date the trial ends.

What happens when the trial ends?
The login is disabled automatically on the expiry date. Nothing is deleted immediately and nothing is charged. If you want to continue, we talk about a proper implementation scoped around your business.

Can I put my own data in?
For a short exploration, the demo data is usually enough to see how the system behaves. If you want to evaluate against your own chart of accounts, item list or payroll, tell us in the form — we will set up a configured environment instead, which is more useful and takes a little longer to prepare.

Will you call me repeatedly afterwards?
No. We will check in once near the end of the trial to ask what you thought. If the answer is no, that is the end of it.
