Why we work exclusively with ERPNext and Frappe
We chose to specialise rather than offer every ERP platform on the market, because depth matters more than breadth once a system is actually running your accounting and stock. ERPNext's open source model also happens to match what most mid-sized Qatar businesses need: full functionality without a licence cost that scales against your headcount, and full ownership of your own data and configuration. We know the platform well enough to have opinions about how it should be configured for a Qatar business specifically — WPS payroll, Arabic invoicing, QAR multi-currency — rather than treating those as afterthoughts.
How we work
Every engagement — implementation, consulting, customization or support — follows the same principle: a written scope before work starts, direct access to the people doing the work rather than an account manager relaying messages, and honesty about timelines and trade-offs even when the answer is "this will take longer than you hoped" or "this isn't the right platform for that specific requirement." Our implementation process reflects that directly, with five defined stages from discovery through to go-live support.

What we've delivered
Our track record spans over ten ERP projects across manufacturing, trading and distribution, contracting, and services businesses in Qatar, built on a combined eight years of hands-on ERPNext and Frappe experience across the team. That includes full implementations, rescue projects picking up systems other vendors left unfinished, and our own Weigh Scale System product, now running in production at weighbridge sites in Qatar's quarry and logistics sectors.
