Most ERPNext implementations we take on in Qatar start the same way: a business has outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected software, but a traditional ERP quote — SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or even Odoo's per-user pricing — doesn't make sense once you add up licences for every warehouse clerk, accountant and salesperson who needs to touch the system. An implementation is not just installing software and handing over a login. • Requirement study. We sit with your finance, operations and sales teams to map how invoices, purchase orders, stock movements and approvals actually flow today — including the workarounds nobody documents.
• Configuration. Chart of accounts, warehouses, item groups, pricing rules, approval workflows, user roles and permissions are built to match your business, not a generic template.

What a typical project timeline looks like

We won't quote a timeline without a discovery call, because "implementation" means something different for a 15-person trading company than for a 150-person contractor running five active projects. As a rough guide: a single-branch accounting and inventory rollout typically closes in 6–10 weeks; adding manufacturing, multi-warehouse stock, or a heavier data migration extends that to 3–5 months.
